You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for whenever UPS says your item will arrive that's when your order will be there, we have no control in UPS Shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order may arrive late.

Pre-Orders may also take time to ship also because we have to make the items you purchased then get it delivered to us and then we will ship out to you the customer.
